Bespoke Dog Bandana
An elderly terrier-type dog with pointy ears and grey and white fur is being pushed in a buggy. Attached to the front of the buggy is a sign with the number 16. He is wearing a red cotton bandana with the wording "16 today" and lots of decorative flourishes like balloons and stars, all in sparkling vinyl.
